OWOSSO AUDIO:
I am the owner of Owosso Audio Productions, and I have vast experience
in "state-of- the-art" audio production, as well as experience
as a production manager and audio engineer. I am available for hire
as a production manager and/or FOH engineer and/or can function in
a supervisory capacity with production personnel, for the set-up and
operation of sound, lighting, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
ABOUT JOE:
I am an accomplished professional in the music field, as an Audio
Engineer and a Production Manager and musician, with significant real
life experience in this business. I am positive in attitude
and even-tempered with a great sense of humor, making me easy to get
along with in dealing with a variety of temperaments when it comes to artists/musicians.
As a businessman, I am organized, reliable and methodical in my work, and it
is very important to me that all equipment be handled with respect
to maximize your sound experience.
I relocated to Munice, Indiana from Michigan in 2003. As an audio engineer
I have worked in various musical venues: Civic Theaters (drama &
musicals), Churches, Orchestras, High Schools, Choirs, Fairs/Festivals
and Concert Lounges. I have run sound for a wide variety of types
of music; Country Western, Classic Rock, Rap, Gospel, Metal, Big Bands,
Blues, Christian, National Bands as well as church services and programs.
In the past 8 years, I have supplied production, managed production
and/or run sound for over 1200 National acts. For a list of some bands

Also ran FOH for the opening band on the current Guns and Roses
Tour.
- Owosso Audio Productions has available for your audio needs,
our "state of the art" audio equipment. We can integrate
systems and/or supplement house equipment with our rental gear,
providing the highest quality audio/visual reinforcement for varied
events, including mixing for live concert productions. We can also
design and implement audio system upgrades through rental of equipment
or make recommendations for acquisitions for your venue.
Audio Engineer - I have run FOH, or monitors and I am able
to operate and maintain sound systems; sound boards, speakers, amplifiers,
microphones, cables, troubleshoot etc, as well as lighting systems,
and determine necessary equipment for local and touring shows.
Production Manager - I have had experience
in advancing over 1200+ national shows and demonstrated the ability
to implement technology based audio and lighting solutions for artists,
entertainers and musicians in many genres. I maintain the inventory
and equipment, including the maintenance, repair, set up and operation
of the sound, lighting and staging equipment.

2004-03 EMPLOYMENT: Doc's Club - Blues Venue/Restaurant (400
capacity) Muncie, Indiana
Due to my previous background in the wholesale food and restaurant
business and owning my own Audio/Lighting Reinforcement company, I
was hired at Doc's Club to reorganize this venue from a business standpoint
and upgrade the sound system, to turn it around and to make it profitable.
Manager and Audio/Lighting Engineer
Responsibilities:
> Manager - Supervised 12 employees
> Booked bands
> Hired staff
> Inventory and ordering
> Set up payroll and filing system for office
> Dealt with employment security commission

Club was losing $5000-$7000 per month and I turned that around to
make a profit within 5 months. At which time, I left on good terms

secure a position at a larger venue.
